WE will work on developing or updating your brand identity. This process takes about 2 months and includes everything needed for you to be the brightest star in the sky.
Every successful Social Media channel is different, but they all have one thing in common - they consistently make great content for their community. While we can't guarantee that your videos will go viral, we can guarantee that we'll make great content for your channel. We care about cultivating a base of true fans, and not so much about random likes from people who are not your target audience.
Can you film for me?
That's the only thing we don't do! We can't film your video for you but we can help you decide on your recording equipment, set up the perfect studio and streamline your daily recordings. We will make sure that you are ready to record with the click of a button. If you absolutely don't want to record yourself, we will find a videographer for you (at an additional cost).
How long does it take to make a piece of content?
We can produce three pieces of content in 48 hours. As soon as we get your voice recording in the morning, we write your script and send it to you for recording. Once your video recording is in, our editors finish the video on the same day. At the same time, we produce a carousel and a quote post - and write all the captions.

How does the subscription model work?
Our subscription model is designed to provide you with a steady stream of content. Once you subscribe to a plan, we will produce 15 pieces of content per week in the case of our “HEAVY” subscription (9 pieces in the case of our “LIGHT” subscription), including videos and graphics.
What happens if I want to pause or cancel my subscription?
You can pause all our subscriptions anytime and you can cancel renewals with a 10 day notice.
Can I request revisions?
Absolutely. We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with our work. If you're not happy with the content we deliver, you can request revisions. We'll continue to refine the content until it meets your expectations. Keep in mind that we can only work on one content piece at the time. So during extra revisions, we cannot produce new content.
What types of content can you create?
We offer a wide range of content types, specializing in video. Our team is skilled in creating content that engages your audience and enhances your personal brand.
How much time do I need to invest
We only need 20 minutes of your day to produce up to 60 pieces of content per month.
Can Trusters handle extra content production requests?
Yes, we understand that there may be times when you need additional content, such as courses or ads. For our clients on a yearly subscription, we occasionally open up slots to manage these extra productions. This is part of our commitment to provide flexible and comprehensive services that meet your evolving content needs. Please reach out to us directly to discuss these additional services.
Who is my team?
There is quite a number of people that will work on your team. If you opt for a complete branding (see our pricing models), the onboarding team consists of a brand specialist, art director and a full production team. For the daily production, your personal team consists of a project manager, a writer, an video editor and a social media manager.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work there will be no refunds issued.
